How does it work and how do we get the work to you?
You send us the work that needs completing in the most convenient way for your business, i.e., fax, email, post etc. We will then carry out the work and return it to you within the chosen timescale, using the most suitable method. Where necessary, work will be sent for approval prior to final presentation.
What are the costs for A.E. Admin Services?
An experienced administrator / secretary / office manager salary ranges from £18,000 to £25,000 depending on the market area. Add payroll expenses and benefits plus additional office space and you will see that hiring a virtual assistant is more cost effective. We provide hourly based administration / management services.
Can we meet to discuss requirements?
The majority of work undertaken by us is completed without ever actually meeting the client. It can however often prove invaluable to meet face to face at the beginning of a large project, e.g. should you wish for us to design your web site it will help provide us with a clear understanding of your key business requirements. This, of course, helps to build and enhance the business partnership. If you feel this would be necessary, just ask when you contact us.
Our schedule is extremely tight – can you meet the deadline?
We will never undertake work which cannot be completed within the required time scales.
How will the work be presented?
If you already have a clear corporate image we will prepare all documentation in line with this criteria. Alternatively we can make a suggestion for your approval.
What about confidentiality?
Using A.E. Admin Services is the perfect solution to keeping your confidential work safe. Your work is saved in confidential folders specifically for your business. We can also provide Confidentiality Agreements.
Do you offer a collection and/or delivery service?
We are based in Dibden, Southampton - Free delivery and collection is available within a 15 mile radius of the office location, however we are also able to provide free delivery and collection within a 10 mile radius of the Christchurch and Bournemouth areas.
